Objectives:  The project aims to experiment with a model of actions in the province of Venice, particularly in the manufacturing, environmental, and port logistics sectors, aimed at strengthening and expanding the offer of digital and scientific skills for women. It will address the cultural aspect transversally to counter gender stereotypes, encouraging STEM study and career paths, enhancing digital and scientific skills that are valuable in the job market, promoting balanced participation, and facilitating work-life balance to ensure the sustainability and continuity of female presence. The action model developed in the proposal is based on three phases: "IDENTIFY - ACTION4CHANGE - SHARE".
