The Department offers a specialised, high quality service for carrying out computer-assisted telephone surveys.

For this particular service it can rely on a highly qualified staff: a number of lecturers specialised in drawing up questionnaires and IT personnel with experience in this particular activity. Thanks to these resources, it is able to handle also quite complex questionnaires and surveys, and guarantees a high level of quality in each phase of the survey.

The Department has already carried out a number of surveys, on behalf of the Veneto Region, the Comune of Padua, ULSS 16, the University of Padua, etc. It is currently working on indagine sugli sbocchi professionali dei laureati dell'Università di Padova, a survey concerning the professional possibilities for graduates of the University of Padua.
